Respondents with the Mote Chrome extension installed
With the Mote extension installed on a respondent's Chrome browser, purple Mote icons for recording audio messages are embedded directly into the Google Form. Teachers can listen to these mote messages individually or within the populated .CSV file. In addition, learners with Mote will have access to dynamic audio players featuring transcribed messages and translation features to explore.
Respondents without the Mote Chrome extension installed
The experience is slightly different for individuals without the Mote Chrome extension. Recording with Mote while responding to Google Forms is unavailable. However, Mote hyperlinks posted in the original form will bring respondents to a separate landing page with transcription, translation, and other accessibility options available for playback.
