🔒 Mote’s integration in Locked Mode

Mote seamlessly integrates with Google Forms even when Locked Mode is enabled. Locked Mode, available through Google Classroom, prevents students from opening new tabs on their Chromebooks during an assessment, ensuring a focused testing environment.

🔒 Audience experience with Mote in Locked Mode

This setup with Mote allows students to interact with embedded audio directly within the Form, maintaining accessibility and engagement without compromising the secure environment of Locked Mode. Other than the inability to open additional tabs, students with the extension installed will have the same experience as responding to a traditional Mote-integrated Google Forms assessment.

Note: Mote’s traditional landing page with accessibility features is NOT available to students for a Google Form with Locked Mode enabled. Respondents must install the Mote Chrome extension to access Mote’s dynamic audio players, which offer transcribed and translatable messages within Google Forms.
