Add Users by Email Address

Quickly and easily add up to 20 new users to your Mote account if you know their email addresses.

What this feature does:

Administrators can add individual users to their Mote subscription by entering specific email addresses. This method is ideal for smaller accounts or when adding specific users who need access to Mote.

Try it yourself

  1. Navigate to "Manage Users" in your Mote admin dashboard
  2. Click "Add User" or use the search bar
  3. Enter the specific email address of the user you want to add
  4. Assign appropriate permissions and subscription level
  5. Send invitation to the user to complete their setup
